EASY SHOPPING PROCESS
Check the step-by-step shopping experience
STEP 1 – PRODUCT SEARCH
Go to SHOP and browse the products offer. I’ve created some categories for easy search. Looks especially at BEST SELLERS where you can find products that sell well. Some other categories interesting to look at are: GIFTS UP TO 25 EUR and GIFTS UP TO 50 EUR.
You can use also the products search bar in at top of the page.
STEP 2 – PRODUCT DETAILS
If you like a product you can check the product page for details. There are information about the materials, size and delivery time. For clothing you have to select the size so check also the SIZE CHART page to make sure you will get the best fit.
STEP 3 – FINAL CHOICE
When you select the product add it to your cart. If you want to get back to products you have already seen check also RECENTLY VIEWED section in the side bar.
STEP 4 – CART
You can add many products to your CART. If you want to change the quantity don’t forget to click UPDATE CART under the list of products. If you have a coupon code insert it in the APPLY COUPON section below the list of the products.
STEP 5 – SHIPPING OPTIONS
There are available different shipping option that you can check at DELIVERY, PAYMENTS, RETURNS site. Decide if you need a tracking option (more expensive) or you choose the shipping cost without tracking (less expensive).
If you decide about the shipping click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button.
STEP 6 – ADDRESS
Fill all the details about the shipping: name and surname, street, zip code, city and country. Double check your email adresa and phone number. I also recomment creating the account what will make the process even easier next time.
You can add a special note in the ORDER NOTES section.
In the end you have to approve the TERMS & CONDITIONS by checking the field and click PROCEED TO PAYPAL button.
STEP 7 – PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
You don’t have to have a PAYPAL account to pay for the order. You can pay with debit/credit card as well.
If you have a PAYPAL account login to the account and pay.
If you don’t have a PAYPAL account take a debit/credit card and fill your data (card number, expiration date and security code at the back).
STEP 8 – GET BACK TO THE SHOP
If the payment was done correctly you will see the button to get back to the shop site. In this way I will get the information that the payment was successful.
You will also get the email confirmation about the order details.
STEP 9 – PACKING AND SENDING
I will pack the product according to the order. Each product is packed well to be sent in secure envelope or box. If there is an information in the desciption the product will be sent with a black gift box.
In case you select the tracking option I will send you the link to track the shipping process. If you select no tracking option I will send you the information that the product was sent.
STEP 10 – ORDER ARRIVES
As soon as the order arrives check if everything is okey. If there is a problem with the product you can always return it within 14 days (no questions asked).
Use the FORM to send the withdrawal. You will pay only for the shipping to me, the cost of the product will be return to your PayPal account or debit/credit card (depends on the paying method you used).
STEP 11 – REVIEW
If you like the product leave a short review in the product section. It will help other customers during the buying process. It will also help me to create better products in the future (thank you in advance).
